Production

The majority of our items are custom made to order.  We will send you a proof within 48 hours of receiving your order for all custom items.  If there is any reason for a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.  We will be more than happy to expedite the production of your order for a nominal fee.  Please email me directly at shannon@thepreppyladybug.com to assure that I can accomodate your request.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.  Using Paypal, you have the option to use any type of credit card (including American Express), your bank account, or an ECheck.  Please refer to www.paypal.com for terms and conditions.

 

Sales Tax

Orders placed within the state of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.
